Overview & Specifications
What Are Campaign Packaging Sleeves?
Campaign packaging sleeves are full wraparound sleeves printed for a single campaign and slid over a box the brand already uses. The campaign gets its own look for its dates; when it ends, the sleeve stops being applied and the box can carry on when still suitable.
Campaign Packaging Sleeves sit in Campaigns and are built on Custom Box Sleeves.
What it has to do
What a Campaign Sleeve Has to Do
A campaign sleeve has to carry a message for a fixed period, often a long one, and then leave the box ready for the next campaign. Each need below is matched to how it is met.
01
Defined
Defined Start and End
The sleeve is ordered for the campaign's dates. When it ends, stock boxes can remain usable when their condition, contents and labeling remain suitable.02
Box
Box Reused After
The same stock box can carry several campaigns in turn, when the box and its contents are unchanged.03
Room
Room for the Message
A full wrap gives four connected panels for the slogan, dates, call to action, QR code, partner logos and any required disclosures. Disclosure space is planned on the artwork from the start.04
Quick
Quick to Apply
The sleeve is sized to the finished, packed box, so it slides on by hand at packing.
Campaign Sleeve vs Seasonal Printed Box
A campaign sleeve puts campaign artwork over the regular box; a seasonal printed box prints the whole box for one season. The table compares them.
| Attribute | Campaign Packaging Sleeve | Seasonal Printed Box |
|---|---|---|
| What changes | A sleeve over the stock box | The whole box is printed |
| After the campaign | Stock box can stay in use when still suitable | Box is used up or retired |
| Best for | Launches, causes, fundraising, political campaigns | Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day editions |
| Lead item | Message and dates | Seasonal design |

What Size Campaign Sleeve Do I Need?
Measure the outside of the packed, closed stock box. Final dimensions are set on the approved dieline.
| Measurement | What to Record |
|---|---|
| Packed box | Outside length, width and height |
| Coverage | Full wrap, or narrower band |
| Message | Panels needed for message, QR and disclosures |
| Campaigns | Number of campaigns planned on this box |
Measure the Finished Box
Measure a filled, closed, finished box, not the nominal box size. Lamination and contents change the outside size.
What to Check Before Bulk Production
Review sleeves on real packed boxes, printed with the final campaign artwork. Record the approved board, fit and finish on the signed-off sample. Where a sample shows a problem, review the cause, revise the specification and confirm it on another packed sample.
| If the sample shows | Cause to review |
|---|---|
| Sleeve slides off | Clearance against the packed box |
| Sleeve too tight to apply | Clearance and board caliper |
| Disclosure text too small | Panel space and type size |
| QR code does not scan | Code size, contrast, finish and applied position |
Seven days covers standard production from approved proof once the specification is confirmed; delivery timing is confirmed separately, so count back from the campaign start date.
