Overview & Specifications

What Are Sheet Stickers?

Sheet stickers are several stickers or labels printed on one flat sheet, each kiss-cut through the face stock while the shared backing liner stays whole. The liner holds the set together for storage, packing or handing out, and each sticker peels off on its own. One sheet can combine different shapes, messages and product graphics in a single layout.

How a Sticker Sheet Works

The format works through three production details.

01

Shared Sheet Liner

All stickers sit on one backing, which keeps the set together until each piece is used.

02

Kiss-Cut Pieces

Each sticker has its own cut line through the face stock only, so it peels off while the surrounding stickers stay on the liner.

03

Coordinated Layout

Sticker sizes, quantity and spacing are planned together so the sheet stays organized and each piece is easy to lift.

Artwork note

The whole sheet is one layout, so stickers, spacing and any printed border or branding on the sheet edge are designed together on the die line.

FAQ

Sticker Sheet FAQs

What are sheet stickers?

Sheet stickers are several stickers kiss-cut on one flat liner, so a set of designs stays together and each sticker peels off by hand.

Are the individual stickers cut through the backing?

Usually sheet formats use kiss-cuts so the backing remains together, but final cutting can be configured differently.

Can every sticker on a sheet be a different shape?

Yes, subject to layout and cutting feasibility.

Are sticker sheets suited to machine application?

Usually roll labels are more appropriate for automated dispensing; see the Sticker Roll.

What sheet sizes are available?

Any practical size; common references are about 4 × 6 in, 5 × 7 in and 8.5 × 11 in, often sized to fit a mailer insert or retail pack.

Can the sheet border be printed?

Yes. The border can carry branding, instructions or a design.

Are sticker sheets waterproof?

Not automatically. Water resistance depends on the face stock, ink, lamination and adhesive, such as vinyl with a laminate.

What is the difference between sticker sheets and individual stickers?

Sticker sheets hold several stickers on one liner; Individual Stickers are cut and supplied as separate pieces.

What is the minimum order for custom sticker sheets?

The minimum order is 500 units, with larger runs priced against the confirmed specification.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 7 days from approved proof once the final specification is confirmed, and rush production is available on request.

How much do custom sticker sheets cost?

Pricing starts from $0.12 per unit. The final price depends on sheet size, sticker count, material, print, finishes and quantity. Quote requests typically receive a response within 24 hours.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Complimentary sample kits ship within two business days; the customer covers shipping. A pre-production sample can also check peeling and cuts.

Where do you ship custom sticker sheets?

Orders ship flat across the USA and worldwide. Transit method, delivery time and shipping cost depend on the destination, order volume and shipment requirements.

What artwork file formats can I submit?

The quote form accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, AI, EPS and PSD files, up to 3 files at 8 MB each. A sheet die line with every kiss cut is provided, with free design support.
