What Are Soap Gift Boxes?
Soap gift boxes are multi-bar soap cartons: one outer folding carton with an insert that gives each bar its own compartment. The insert keeps bars physically apart and the set arranged when opened.

How Do You Size a Soap Gift Box?
Lay the bars out in the order they will sit, measure the full arrangement and add the divider thickness between bars. The outer carton is sized to the insert, not the bars alone. The Straight Tuck End sizing guide lists carton allowances.

Pack the Full Set
Pack every bar in its compartment, close the carton and lift it by the sides. Check that the base holds and no bar shifts.
What to Check Before Bulk Production
Review a packed sample with every bar in place. Record the approved insert layout and board on the signed-off sample.
