Overview & Specifications
What Are Custom Serum Boxes?
Custom serum boxes are retail cartons for serum, oil and ampoule bottles, usually glass dropper bottles. The carton is tall and narrow to match the bottle and cap, and carries the outer-carton label copy.
Custom Serum Boxes sit in the Tuck Boxes range and under Cosmetics & Skincare Packaging.
What it has to do
What a Serum Bottle Needs from Its Box
A serum bottle needs a carton sized with its dropper cap, a hold that keeps it in place, panels for the outer-carton copy, a clean front panel and a way to show or hide the bottle. Each need below is matched to the option that meets it.

What Size Serum Box Do I Need?

| Measurement | What to Record |
|---|---|
| Bottle | Diameter and height with cap |
| Insert | Neck hold or bottle insert size |
| Weight | Filled glass bottle weight |
| Copy | Display panel (identity, net quantity) and information panel (ingredients) |
Pack a Filled Bottle
Pack a filled bottle with its cap and insert, close the carton and tip it gently. Check that the bottle stays in place.
What to Check Before Bulk Production
Review a sample packed with a filled bottle and printed with the final artwork. Record the approved size, insert and panels on the signed-off sample.
| If the sample shows | Review before approval |
|---|---|
| Bottle moves in the carton | Add or tighten the insert |
| Cap presses the top tuck | Increase height |
| Ingredient copy too small | Use a side panel |
Seven days covers standard production from approved proof once the specification is confirmed; delivery timing is confirmed separately.
