Overview & Specifications
What Are Custom Skincare Boxes?
Custom skincare boxes are retail cartons for skincare sold in jars and tubs: creams, balms, masks and scrubs. Jars are wide and short, so the carton is close to square and the jar sits in an insert.
Custom Skincare Boxes sit in the Tuck Boxes range and under Cosmetics & Skincare Packaging.

Pack a Filled Jar
Pack a filled jar in its insert, close the carton and tip it gently. Check that the jar stays centered and the lid clears the top.

Review a sample packed with a filled jar and printed with the final artwork. Record the approved size, insert and panels on the signed-off sample.

|---|---|
| Jar slides to one side | Fit an insert ring |
| Lid presses the top | Increase height |
| Copy crowded | Use the side panels |
Seven days covers standard production from approved proof once the specification is confirmed; delivery timing is confirmed separately.
